Consultancy Services

TT has provided consultation services to a number of projects and have successfully developed IT Master Plan for small to very large organizations. We develop master plans to define a comprehensive IT implementation for the organization’s current and future requirements in order to improve their business operations. TT carefully evaluates and study the current status of the company including the immediate and future requirements in order to properly plan the system implementation. The implementation is executed in different phases to address immediate requirements while preparing for the future needs. In developing the master plan, we carefully consider the budgetary and operational constraints to ensure that our clients will have the best value for their money and immediately experience the high returns on the initial IT investments. We have developed IT Master Plan for different sectors which includes government and nongovernment agencies, commercial and banking, educational, medical facilities and others.
